I hereby for myself release and forever discharge any and all claims for loss or damages which I may have hereafter accrue to me against the organizers and sponsors of the Celtic Crawl, including without limitation any sponsors, patrons or supporters and their respective representatives, successors, and assigns, for any and all injuries which might be suffered by me in said event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my name, photographs, videotapes, or an other record of this event. I understand that on the Pub Crawl I will stay on sidewalks, not open roads. I will not carry open intoxicants out of the pub. The streets and intersections are NOT blocked by police officers, and I must and will obey all traffic laws and regulations for my personal well-being. I am of of legal drinking age. This is not a race and I do not have to consume all seven drinks. I assume and accept all risks arising out of, associated with or related to my participating in the Celtic Pub Crawl, even though such risks may have been caused by the negligence of the Event planners; 2. TO BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I might sustain while participating in the Celtic Pub Crawl, even though such injury, loss or damage may have been caused by the negligence of the Event planners; 3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE EVENT PLANNERS: a) from any and all liability for any damage to the personal property of, or personal injury to, any third party resulting from my participation in the Celtic Pub Crawl and all related activities; and b) from any and all claims, demands, actions and costs which might arise out of my participating in the Celtic Pub Crawl, even though such claims, demands, actions and costs may have been caused by the negligence of The organizers/Event planners.
